Card Captor Sakura - Christmas Cosplay

This costume is based off of Clamp's Art book for Card Captor Sakura exclusive! So if your familiar with these characters, Sakura and Tomoyo, they do not wear these outfits in the manga nor anime. I chose to do Sakura from this art and my friend, Aurora did Tomoyo. Debuted at Balboa Park Cosplay Winter Gathering 2008. We had fun running around with our candle reafs! The costumes came out pretty good. Except we ran out of time for the wings on there backs!!! Also,we didn't get as many pictures as we hoped. When the oppertunity comes up we'll be sure to take more!

About the Costume: Let's start from head to toe shall we?
(For the Sakura Costume~) The entire costume pattern was made from scratch by me. All sewn by me. The hoodie has hand sewn wings on them. Clips also hand made by me. Now for the prop, I baught tons of leaves some of them re-painted, berries too, and wooden handles I also made for the reafs. Each idividual leaf and berrie glued. And the candle light I bought and alterted to work properly.

Purchased Items on the costume: Wig (wig styled by me), Battery Candle (Alterted), and Shoes (slightly altered).
